Profile of the Programme |
Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Business Department of Economics (English), Financial Economics Master Program without Thesis comprised of 11 instructor and 6 research assistant. Within the body of the faculty, there are 4 seminar halls, 2 intelligent/technological classrooms, 21 classrooms, 3 computer laboratories and a conference hall which are endowed with necessary equipment. There are 85 computers in the computer laboratories, lounge and library within the body of the faculty, which are available to student access between the hours 08.30 22.00 in business days. The means of education of the program is English. |

Financial Economics Master Program Without Thesis offers to candidates aiming to be employed in public and private sectors a vast pool of wisdom in economic theory, along with the skills required in application of the theory. Our graduates can acquire positions in different fields of the private sector, such as banking, consulting firms, audit companies and many of them are employed in important foreign enterprises. In public sector, our graduates can be employed at Banks, Central Bank, and any public institution that can be applied with Public Personnel Exam (KPSS). |

Measurement and evaluation methods for each course are defined in the course syllabi prepared by the instructor/s. Exams and course notes, in relation to the success DEU Graduate School of Social Sciences and Examination Regulations and the relevant articles of the Code of Practice applies to the Education and Examinations. |

Second Cycle (Master's Degree) Non-Thesis Program is comprised of courses (at least 80 ECTS), Term Project (10 ECTS), in total 90 ECTS credits. Students must have minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.50/4.00 and completed all the courses with at least CB/S/TP grades. |
