History |
The Radiology Program was opened Dokuz Eylul University, The Health Services Vocational School in 1990 - 1991 academic year. The aim of this program is to prepare the patient for examination for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, to obtain images with medical imaging devices such as conventional and digital X-ray, fluoroscopy, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, PET-CT and ultrasonography, to make films and images ready for use, To train qualified Medical Imaging Technologists who have the knowledge and skills to control and maintain equipment and can identify problems and propose solutions. The program is available to graduates of Health Vocational High School and High School. The prerequisites in the University Entrance Guide published by ÖSYM are sought for the students who will enter the program. |

Qualification Requirements and Regulations |
In order to graduate from the program are defined curriculum, professional for 90 ECTS compulsory courses and internships, for a total of 30 ECTS of elective courses must be taken and the ECTS must complete 120. Profile of the Programme |
In the program, physiology, anatomy, chemistry, physics, medical and radiological terminology, such as primary health care, as well as courses in the basic medical sciences, general culture lessons. Vocational courses as medical imaging, radiologic anatomy, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy, and case studies lessons. Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |

Graduation Requirements |
In order to graduate, students must successfully complete 120 ECTS credits for courses and internships.
