Course Objective

With this course, the student radiology unit, x-ray, computerized x-ray machine, digital x-ray machine, portable x-ray devices in accordance with national and international standards to prepare for radiographic examination, radiography aimed to gain qualifications related to the acquisition. Radiology departments are also located in the same dark room darkroom working conditions in accordance with the physical environment and materials, ready for film processing and printing operations intended to carry.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Apply the process of preparing the patient for radiographic examination.
2   Determine the parameters of X-ray equipment.
3   Head, face, spine, thorax, abdomen, upper and lower extremity radiography can shoot.
4   Evaluate radiographic quality.
5   Digital x-ray device can be made ready for use.
6   Portable X-ray device can be made ready for use.
7   The physical structure of the dark room, the placement, their properties, define the security of ventilation systems and lighting.
8   Dark rooms and film processing and printing processes allows the properties of materials can be ready.
9   Make the necessary preparations for the dark room supplies, maintenance and cleaning can be ready for operations by providing film processing and printing.
