The objective of this Non-thesis Master programme is to give required knowledge, competence, scientific research methods and culture to the candidates of scholarship expert who have the potential of academic studying with an insight of having a purpose of increasing the work and life satisfaction through orientating the human resources and providing social protection. |

People who graduated from sub-department of Human Resources and Industrial Relations keeping hold of MA degree should be employment in some positions at Ministry of Labour and Social Security and dependent institutions and human resources staff, expert or trainee manager positions at human resources service in company at private sector. |

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
Evaluation and assessment methods for each course is defined in the the Course Description Form which is prepared by related faculty member / s and included in the information package. Exams and course success notes is subject to the relevant articles of the DEU Regulation on Graduate Education. |
Graduation Requirements |
Second Cycle (Master's Degree) Non-Thesis Program is comprised of courses (at least 75 ECTS), Term Project (15 ECTS), in total 90 ECTS credits. Students must have minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.50/4.00 and completed all the courses with at least CB/ S / TP grades. |
