Course Objective

To create theoretical framework relating to career management and process and be able to use the system set up in practice, acquire skills and qualifications to perform specific career guidance to clients.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To help to clients to create specific career structure
2   To be informed about the new career structure and the guide the clients
3   To make a career interview for the client, to follow and the develop the clients applications.
4   To be able to detect potential problem in the management of career
5   The learning the career management tools and share with the clients
6   To present an alternative career choice the clients as entrepreneurship
