Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to provide business communication skills to accomplish professional business goals. This course will focus on oral and collaborative communication skills with cross-cultural perspective for future professional positions in national and international companies.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Enhance their interpersonal communication skills via in-class exercises, comprising how to develop effective verbal/nonverbal messages and improve listening competencies.
2   Learn the ways of solving interpersonal conflicts and understand cross-cultural variations in communication processes across different countries.
3   Build professional presence by means of learning how to prepare well-written business reports and effective business presentations
