Course Objective

To monitor the master's student in the American Studies program as she/he makes research in an area related to her/his thesis, and as she/he prepares a report on a specific topic, presenting and discussing it.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To carry out comprehensive research in American culture and literature.
2   To synthesize, analyze (using qualitative and quantitative data), interpret and evaluate knowledge.
3   To write upv his/her conclusions in an academic report.
4   To present his/her conclusions to groups in his/her field of expertise using written, oral or visual means.
