Course Objective

Rhythmic gymnastics-1 lesson aims to practice basic techniques of ball apparatus, comprehand the specific training theory of RC, gain the balance skill and its importance, create a composition of ball apparatus and forming the training programs.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Practicing the basic skills of RC ball appatatus.
2   Comprehensing RC branch rules and features of ball apparatus.
3   Creating the coordination between the body lovements, apparatus usage and the music.
4   Ability to create coreography with ball apparatus and writing form.
5   Recognizing the national and international RC platform.
