Course Objective

To learn general concepts and opinions about age and factor on sport. To have information on training and planning about children, young people and women and men. To learn developmental characteristics of age-gender factors and to learn basic knowledge about the ability selection of the children

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learning the scientific bases of age,gender on sport
2   Understanding the characteristics of kid's development and the differences between men and women
3   Learning the physiological effects training that is according to age and gender
4   knowing the characteristics of training done according to age and gender
5   To know exercise differences in young and old people
