Course Objective |
Obesity and chronic diseases in adults, adolescents and school children is gradually becoming a major public health problem. Therefore, the aim of this course is to discuss the effects of inactivity and sedentary lifestyle on public health and to improve student understanding of the knowledge and principles of health related components of physical fitness, measures to prevent obesity and chronic diseases and to develop exercise programs to improve physical fitness, and health and well-being. |
