Course Objective

Enable students to acquire general knowledge on agricultural based industry companies.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to identify sectors in agriculture based industry.
2   Being able to define processing methods of agricultural products.
3   Being able to define evaluation methods of agricultural products.
4   Being able to apply fundamental technological knowledge in the field of processing technologies of agricultural products.
5   Being able to evaluate ethical behaviour during processing of agricultural products.
