Course Objective

The aim of this course is to examine a variety of theories of organizational behavior and social psychology which provides the foundations of organizational behavior research. Throughout the course students will discuss different theories and research programme. These discussions will be backed by major social psychology theories as well. .

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Analyze the concept of organizational behavior from multiple perspectives.
2   Synthesize organizational behavior concepts with social psychological theories.
3   Discuss major contributions and drawbacks of theories with respect to scientific development
4   Develop oral/written communication skills; articulate and defend his/her position.
