Course Objective

Course aims to ensure learning the core concepts and principles of Project management, to analyse the Project management tolls with samples, Designing Project management process by Ms Project and analyse the applications on the various business functions projects.

1   Know about the basic concepts involved in project management processes related to various business functions.
2   Know about various methods used in project selection
3   Know about various methods used in project management
4   Learn how to use these methods in different business projects
5   Know about management science techniques that can be used in project management
6   Know about how to use Ms Project in project planning and driving projects.
