Course Objective

Designing and implementing an action research on the teaching / learning problem of primary school doctorate students in mathematics program in primary school.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Comprehend the characteristics and process of action research.
2   Comprehend the importance of action research in improving the competence of classroom teacher in mathematics education.
3   Collaborate with teachers in action research.
4   Research project on a subject with learning problems in primary school mathematics classes design, implementation and evaluation
5   Designing, implementing and evaluating an action research project to improve the competence of the primary school teacher in mathematics education.
6   Research ethics and scientific method for designing and implementing action research evaluation.
