Course Objective

To understand the nature and qualities of "style, genre and form", which are the basic elements of literary works. To gain the knowledge and skills to identify and analyze the distinctive features in the styles of different poetry and periods through applied studies.

1   Knows the meaning and scope of the concept of "style".
2   Knows the meaning and scope of the "species" concept.
3   Knows the meaning and scope of the concept of "shape".
4   Can distinguish the style, type and shape of texts of different periods.
