Course Objective

In this course, it is aimed that the master student of class teacher to know the history of classroom teacher training, the models of teacher training and to identify the problems in the field and offer solutions.

1   Knows the history of class teacher training.
2   Understands the models of class teacher training.
3   Compares the class teacher training models.
4   Evaluates the researches about the process of teacher training in Turkish education system.
5   Identifies the problems in the field of classroom teacher education and proposes solutions.

Assessment Criteria

Students learning level will be evaluated with mid-term and final examination. The homeworks will be assessed by directly adding to the mid-term scores.

1. It is obligated to continue to at least 70 % of lessons .
2. None ethical behaviours and studies will be finalized with disciplinary proceedings.
3. The instructor has right to make quizzes. The scores obtained from quizzes will be directly added to mid-term and final examination scores.
