Course Objective

The aim of the course is to inform students about the developments in the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology, which is an interdisciplinary field which is related to many fields such as chemistry, physics, biology, as well as science and medicine and to introduce examples in the field of chemistry education.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   After completing this course, the students will be able to; 1. Understand the concept of nanoscience and nanotechnology
2   2. Have an idea about interdisciplinary studies
3   3. Understand the importance of nanoscience and nanotechnology in the field of Chemistry Education
4   4. Follow the examples of nanoscience and nanotechnology in the field of Chemistry Education from national and international literature
5   5. Prepare presentations and application examples on nanoscience and nanotechnology in the field of Chemistry Education
