Course Objective

This course aims to develop students' knowledge and skills about music art and music education by establishing connections between the art of music and other related fields.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To know the importance of interdisciplinary approach in education and what are the fields related the music arts
2   Knowing the relation between the art of music and the field of history and the historical development of music art
3   Knowing what the relationship between music art and social science is.
4   Knowing the relationship between the art of music and philosophy and being able to adapt it to music education
5   Knowing the relationship between the art of music and psychology and being able to adapt it to music education
6   Knowing the relation between the art of music and physics and being able to adapt it to music education
7   Knowing the relation between the art of music and mathematics and being able to adapt it to music education
8   Knowing the relation between the art of music and language field and being able to adapt it to music education
9   Knowing the relationship between the art of music and art of painting and being able to it to music education
10   Knowing the relationship between the art of music and sports and dance and being able to it to music education
