Course Objective |
|
The aim of the course is to introduce the student to one of the most fundamental issues of joint stock law, which is not mentioned in undergraduate education, but which has a lot of applications. It is aimed to convey in-depth information to the student about the features of the anonymous partnership decisions that contain many discussions in both application and academic aspects in terms of judicial law and current problems. |

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods |

The course will start with the lectures of the instructor and requires the active participation of the student. Throughout the semester students will be given small assignments, research topics, and some case-law studies. |

Assessment Criteria |
|
Students' reaching a sufficient level of knowledge in the joint stock law and especially in the judgment of invalidity of general assembly decisions and producing solutions to the problems experienced. |

Attendence is required for the course. If the student cannot attend the class due to a serious and important excuse, s/he should inform the instructer about this before the lesson. Active participation is expected from the students, so it is necessary to come to the course by prerparing for the research or examination assignments given earlier. |
