Course Objective

Nanotechnology, nanotechnology components and nanomedicine related research and development who want to do or these areas with products developed will apply to the researchers present and future regulatory and ethical approaches perspective on offer, nanotechnology and among the most important strategies in the field of nanomedicine regulations in place to increase the awareness of researchers and scientific thought is to create a system.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   This course is expected to help the student to understand the fundamental principles of nanotechnology regulatory and nanotechnology application strategies.
2   To develop the students theoretical and experimental abilities in nano products, vibrant health, and ecosystem.
3   To give the students further training nanotechnology future legal regulations nano technology and ethics approaches

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

The course is taught in a lecture, class presentation and discussion format. All class members are expected to attend and both the lecture and seminar hours and take part in the discussion sessions. Besides the taught lecture, group presentations are to be prepared by the groups assigned for that week and presented to open a discussion session.

Further Notes About Assessment Methods

There will be minimum 2 projects, averaged out grades for which will be 25 % of the term grade. A mid-term examination will be averaged and affect the term grade by 25 %. Middterm and Project grades determine term grade which will be 50 % of the resulting grade. Final exam will be 50 % of the resulting grade.
