Course Objective


Audiometrists need to develop their skills of producing materials by bringing together their imagination to the drawings they will produce in order to experience the creative processes by meeting various materials and production tools in order to better conduct the behavioral tests in the group of patients with adult and elderly mental problems, in children who will be screened for hearing. Thus, they will be able to use visual reinforcement and conditioned techniques effectively during audiological tests.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. Learns the meaning and importance of workshop studies.
2   2. Explain the usage methods of standard conditioning methods used.
3   3. Can apply conditional and unconditional reflex technique in pediatric group.
4   4. Learn the conditional orientation application steps.
5   5. Students will be able to develop their material production skills by encountering material design, which will be used in behavioral tests according to skill level.
6   6. They will be able to empathize by dramatizing the game audiometry and understand the functionality of the material they designed.
