Course Objective

The objective of this course is to indicate the social and psychological aspects of collective bargaining and to give comprehensive information about collective bargaining process.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to identify the process and sides of collective bargaining with social and psychological aspects
2   Being able to analyze the psychological theories of collective bargaining and to discuss these theories in practice
3   Being able to describe the trade union as a social organization
4   Being able to explain the psychological aspects of trade union - member relationship and to reveal the pschologicial issues im the trade union - member relationship
5   Being able to analyze the social and pschological dimensions of disagreement in the collective bargaining process and to anticipate lasting solutions
