Course Objective

By explaining the basic concepts of labor law, it is aimed to recognize the legal problems encountered in work-life and to provide students solve this cases by the help of their knowledge.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to define labor law concepts
2   Being able to comprehend the principles of labor law and actual inequality in labor law
3   Being able to determine the differences between temporary employment relationship, sub-contractor relationship and trasfer of employment contract
4   Being able to comprehend the general rules related to the work conditions
5   Being able to explain the differences between overtime work and extra-time work
6   Being able to know the termination of the employment contract with a notice period, job security and reinstatement in work
