Course Objective

In this course students will learn cell, cell structural and functional properties; in cell Radical Production; endogenous-exogenous sources in radical production; lipid, protein, carbohydrate of radicals, DNA repair mechanisms of the effects, antioxidants; Cancer Cell Characteristics, Formation Stages of Cancer, Genetics and other factors on cancer formation roles; Oncogenes, Mechanisms of Defense Against Cancer, Tumor Suppressor Genes, Cell Cycle and Cancer, Hormones and Cancer, Environmental Factors and Cancer:-Chemical Substances, Radiation,-Nutrition, and Environment Pollution,-Stress,-Aging.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the end of this course, students will be able to the relationship between radical formation and structure-function properties of the cell can contact, can produce an idea,
2   Knowledgeable about the endogenous-exogenous sources in the formation of radical, may submit to proposals, can generate an idea,
3   It is knowledgeable about antioxidants with repair mechanisms and damages in cell of radicals It is knowledgeable about antioxidants with repair mechanisms and damages in cell of radicals and can criticize,
4   The differences between with cancer cell normal cells can distinguish on the level of structural features and can criticize,
5   The role of genetics in cancer incidence and tumor suppressor genes on defense mechanisms against cancer, knowledgeable, can generate ideas and probe.
