Course Objective

The main aim of this course is; program development approaches-models and processes and their relations, to examine the prepared instructional program for the related field, to develop the program related to the field and to reveal the problems experienced in developing the program.

1   comprehend the need for development of counseling and guidance program
2   identify differences between teaching programs and guidance program
3   comprehend the roles and responsibilities of school counselors and teachers in development and implemented of school guidance and counseling program
4   evaluate school guidance and counseling program
5   develop guidance and counseling program for the school
6   develop group guidance program in selecting topic
