Course Objective

The aim of this course is to train students to assess the change in person and to learn the content, application and interpretation of standardized instruments used in psychology, clinical psychology and counseling and guidance.

2   Classify and apply the psychological tests seen in this course
3   Interpret the results of the tests
4   Apply the test results in counseling
5   Use test results in counseling applications

1 The historical development of psychological testing and the importance of interviewing before testing
2 The rules of interview and testing, the personelity of the tester and the effects
3 Classification of the tests
4 The rules and principles of testing, application, analysis, interpretation
5 CTT (Sentence Completion Test) application, content analysis, interpretation
6 RÇT (Picture Drawing Test) application, content analysis, interpretation
7 The relationship of CTT and RÇT analysis, interpretation
8 General Review, Course Evaluation, Midterm
9 MMPI, the clinical scales application
10 MMPI, the clinical scales content analysis, interpretation
11 The assessment of the results of the tests battery
12 Projective tests, TAT (Thematic application test) content analysis, interpretation
13 WAIS IQ test
14 Projective tests, Rorschach, application, content analysis, interpretation, the result of the test battery, interpretation
