Course Objective

The aim of this course is to inform the basic aimed teacher candidates about the features of various teaching technologies, their place and use in the teaching process, and to develop instructional materials (worksheets, transparencies, slides, video, computer based course material, etc.) through teaching techniques.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The students will be able to use teaching techniques specific to the field
2   The students will be able to comprehend the principles of design and development of materials to be used in teaching the field.
3   The students will be able to understand software types and usage purposes
4   The students will be able to design two and three dimensional teaching materials
5   The students will be able to develop teaching materials (work sheets, transparencies, computer aided materials, etc.) using instructional technologies
6   The students will be able to present teaching materials in class.
