Course Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce the concept of distance education, which is used in almost every region of the world and has developed very rapidly in recent years, and to discuss the theories emerging as a result of the studies, how to use distance education better to develop applications. The course also aims to describe the concept of distance education, various distance education theories, principles and practices, and its organization and management in the educational environment.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

The basic teaching approach determined in this course will be the joint construction of knowledge. In classroom to improve their computer-aided teaching practices and their designated appropriate training / offer along with the teaching model of teachers in today's Turkey (from you) it is expected to approach this course teaching model is based on the students and teachers of the cooperation and coordination of the subject. In this approach model, there are collaborative learning and activity-based learning (activity based larning). In this context, the teacher takes on the role of guidance and creates an active learning environment and provides the support that the students may need / hear during learning. The information presented and the weekly activities prepared will be the information that students can make sense of in their own minds and use them both forward-looking today instead of directly receiving the information. It is expected that you will develop your skills in this field and believe that any information you will make and acquire will have a positive impact on your personal and teaching performance. Each of you will get points with positive and meaningful outputs you have shown during the lesson and you will be subject to a student-centered assessment.
