Course Objective |
In this course, it is aimed to know the definitions and concepts of in-service training, to raise awareness of the importance of in-service training, to understand the necessity of in-service training, to know the methods for the preparation of the programs and to make them able to practice. . The aim of the course is to enable students who receive sports management training to prepare in-service training programs for their fields of study and thus to ensure institutional efficiency. |
