Course Objective

In this course, to examinated innovations and changes about "Rent Law" from the new Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 and to evaluated their importance and effects of the new Turkish Law. In addition, issues, practic examples, reviews of Supreme Court decision and discussions etc. methods.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to determine the prevailing principles of rental law.
2   Be able to identify similarities and differences from Rental Contract between other contracts.
3   Be able to examine written scientific studies, given the judicial decisions and
4   Be able to identfy issues, which emerged or that may arise in rental law
5   Be able to produce critical, reasoned and open to debate opinions in rental law
