Course Objective

To teach and introduce the types, classification and properties of feedstuffs used in animal nutrition, and feed additives, to gain knowledge on feed hygiene, feed analysis and feed preparation and production technologies.

3   To learn the nutrient content of feeds and feedstuffs commonly used in animal nutrition
4   To know the effects of feed ingredients on the metabolism of different animal species
