SSuccessful students who have completed at least one semester in the graduate program of another institute within the university or another higher education institution may apply for a transfer in the announced dates if the quota is determined by the Board of Directors. The conditions for admission of the transfer are determined by the institute board. |

PhD program consists of at least seven courses, thesis proposal, field of expertise, proficiency exam, seminar and thesis work, not less than at least 21 local credits. |

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
Students must attend classes, practices and examinations. In order for students to qualify for midterms they should attend 70% of the theoretical classes and 80% of the application/lab classes. |
Graduation Requirements |
Third Cycle (Doctorate Degree) Program is comprised of at least 7 courses (minimum 21, maximum 30 national credits) more than, passing a qualifying examination, preparing and defending a doctoral dissertation, in total 240 ECTS credits. The programme consists of a minimum of seven courses delivered within the graduate programme of the department and in related fields, one seminar course, and thesis, with a minimum of 21 local credits. The total ECTS credits of the programme is 240 ECTS. |
