Course Objective

The aim of this course is to give students ability of tracing current developments related to psychology science in theory and practice, making suggestions about these concepts, collecting data in accordance with research methods in psychology, making statistical analysis of the data, reporting and discussing the results in the light of the literature, and writing their ideas.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Interpret, develop and use the information on thesis subject.
2   Analyze, interpret, make synthesis of the information collected.
3   Consider academic and ethical values in the stages of data collection, data evaluation and publication.
4   Construct, develop and implement methods for problem solving about the thesis question and evaluate the results.
5   Solving problems in the application of the thesis topic by using research methods, developing new approaches and taking responsibility.
6   Communicate current developments about thesis topic and his/her researches in written, oral and visual format.
