Course Objective

To teach the methods of testing the welding with destructive and non-destructive inspection techniques, to provide the knowledge of sample preparation and testing conditions in accordance with the standards, and to evaluate and analyze the data to be obtained after the test.

1   To determine the suitability of the welding to the targeted result by inspection techniques
2   To prepare and test samples according to the standards
3   To have knowledge about destructive inspection methods
4   To have knowledge about non-destructive testing methods
5   To interpret data obtained as a result of welding examination and offer solutions
