Course Objective

To be able to understand, explain and discuss the developments in the sectoral, national and international business environment and the situations confronted with in business life with the knowledge acquired about international trade and business.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To understand and learn the concepts, theories and techniques of the basic disciplines of international trade and business.
2   To understand and learn national and international institutions and their functions regarding trade.
3   To be able to understand, explain and discuss the developments in the sectoral, national and international business environment and the situations confronted with in business life with the knowledge acquired about international trade and business
4   To be able to evaluate and analyze developments in industry, national and international business environments with an interdisciplinary approach.
5   To adopt responsible attitudes and behaviors through being aware of the national, regional and global problems (legal, environmental, cultural, social, ethical, etc.) that may be caused by international trade activities.
