Course Objective

Legal structure forms the basis of economic life, commercial businesses and corporations to provide information about the undergraduate level.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to apprehend the basic rules of Law of Commercial Enterprise and Companies. Be able to understand concept of commercial enterprise
2   Be able to apprehend the companies and types of companies. Be able to consider and evaluate the academic works, judicial decisions and legislation about this course.
3   Be able to solve the problems in real life about the course.
