Course Objective

The aim of the course is to teach the basic components of the vertebrate body plan, how it arises during development, how the body plan has been modified in each of the major groups

1   To learn of general anatomical terminology
2   To ensure tentation of theoretical knowledge with practice
3   To recognize the layers and ingredients of skin which is a cover tissue of animals
4   To better understand the anatomical design of vertebrates in general
5   To learn how that design is related to each organ system s mechanical or physiological functions
