Course Objective

There are many institutions and organizations at central or local level the most important is AFAD- which are authorized about disaster administration. These institutions constitute the main policy documents and strategies at disaster administration. But to increase the level of participation while constituting these policies and applying them later is very important. Pursuing this process based on governance, negotiation, dialogue and meta-governance will increase the level of internalization of policies about disaster administration. This course mainly aims to analyze these relations and to improve this process.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to learn actors at disaster administration
2   Be able to analyze the applications based on governance at disaster administration
3   Be able to improve the ability of actors at disaster administration to establish dialog
4   Be able to develop strategies to improve the level of internalization of the decisions made at disaster administration.
