Course Objective

The scope of this course is to ensure students to have knowladge about the concept and content of leadership that is important part of modern organization management, to understand influence of leadership on organization and management theories evolution and to improve their leadership skills.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to define leadership.
2   To be able to diagnose leadership influences on organization and management theories.
3   To be able to understand difference between manager and leader.
4   To be able to define leadership theories and analyze real life leaders with respect to these theories.
5   To be able to know how to improve leadership skills.
