Course Objective

The aim of this course is providing information about the concept and characteristics of disaster, earthquake legislation, flood water legislation, authorities in disasters, civil, local authorities and division of labor, public personnel that employee in disaster and temporary assignments, the duties and powers of the administration for the prevention of disasters, the duties and powers of the administration during and after disasters, financial responsibility arising from disasters, collection and distribution of aid after disasters, participation in volunteer service to disaster, urban transformation (renewal) and property issues in the region disaster risk, judicial review of decisions related to disaster.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To know the legal basis of disaster administration,
2   To gain skill of during disasters, before and after the division of powers and staff workforce planning,
3   To learn the administrative responsibilities in disaster,
