To develop a perspective on the cultural and intellectual foundations of the east-west civilizations on the basis of the same-difference of students who started their doctoral education.

1   o teach the historical development of the intellectual development of humanity in the Mediterranean basin
2   To compare the intellectual evolution of East-West civilization
3   To understand the sources of Western epistemology
4   To be the foundation of the basic lines of thought in the East
