Course Objective

The aim of this course is to understand, learn and interpret feminist and gender theories. With the help of these theories, it is important to be able to establish order-building mechanisms for the whole society. It is a course that encourages reflection on social stratification, social policies, and social inequalities.

1   To learn feminist and gender theories
2   To learn the application areas of feminist and gender theories
3   To understand social structure and relationships through feminist and gender theories
4   To be able to develop an analytical perspective on social stratification, social policies, social inequalities
5   To examine the national and international forms of theories and practices in this field.
