Course Objective

This course is the sequel to "Theories of International Relations". It continues to discuss and reflect on classic and contemporary theories, concepts and debates in the field of international relations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   After taking this course, students are expected to deepen their understanding of international relations, and its systematic analysis.
2   Students will be able to apply theories and concepts to current topics and events in international politics.
3   Students will be able to apply theories and concepts to current topics and events in international economy.
4   Students will improve their foreign language skills and command in international relations terminology.

1. Will list, categorize, explain, evaluate and compare key IR theories.
2. Will apply theoretical ideas and concepts to actual events and outcomes.
3. Will use IR terminology and foreign language in class discussions.
4. Will demonstrate his/her familiarity with current political developments in line with the key concepts.
