Course Objective

Understanding the structure of supply chain management, explaining the conditions required for managing supply chain effectively and evaluating the decisions that needs to be given at each stage of supply chain and quantitative and qualitative methods that are used to give these decisions

1   Student will be able to explain the structure and functioning of supply chain
2   Student will be able to present information about the elements of supply chain
3   Student will be able to discuss the factors that affect the effectiveness of supply chain
4   Student will be able to express the qualitative and quantitative methods and tools that are used to increase the performance of supply chain
