Course Objective

Cancer Research Laboratory and R & D Laboratories Infrastructure, the sampling in cancer research, laboratory space of phase studies, the diagnostic laboratory techniques, the laboratory techniques that provide for treatment response, tumor models (in vivo in vitro ex vivo, in silico, in toto) Biobanking in cancer research, treatment technologies will be discussed.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Capable of outlined in general laboratory rules and working instructions can express. Capable of apply to basic laboratory analysis methods
2   Be able to obtain and store biological samples in appropriate conditions.
3   Acquire basic knowledge of the basic principles of analysis methods
4   Capable of implementing basic PCR techniques and basic cancer cell culture technic
5   Be able to comment to the results of methods
6   Be able to critically evaluates the published literature in the field of translational oncology and adapt their own applications
