Course Objective

The aim of this course is to enable students gain current knowledge and skills about health assessment, health history, observation, interview and physical assessment, and improvement the knowledge and skills, and able to describe relationship between health assessment and nursing process.

4   The students can discuss the importance of cultural differences affecting physical examination approach
