Course Objective |
The purpose of the course is to draw a general portrait indicating the legislator's preferences for the current crime policy on crisis and disaster risks in the light of the special provisions of the Turkish Penal Code and to question this portrait, in terms of the law that should be in effect, by associating it with integrated disaster administration. It is planned to examine the functional relationship between integrated disaster administration and criminal law in the direction of stated purpose and to explain the existing links between crime types within the Turkish Penal Code and disaster and disaster risks by taking into account the disaster types. |
