Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to acquire the systematic background for the which aprroaches form the philosophy of quality up today and to provide to see the differences and similarities between digger management approach and quality management approach.

1   To define the concept of quality in terms of different sectors
2   To adopt the basic principles that forms philosophy of quality
3   To calculate how quality management can be achieved with measurable performances
4   To see the seperated points of quality applications according to sectorel differences
5   To see the quality circles place in the development of the quality philosophy.
