Course Objective |
The aim of this course is to analyze the structure and content of law within the history of philosophy and to conceive the relations between law, ethics and politics. This course in which the relation between human and law will be analyzed, legal and legitimate distinction, relation of law with morals and politics, natural law theories, legal positivism and legal realism will also be analyzed. |
