Course Objective

Giving theorical and practice informations about management and leadership concepts and making them gain information and capabilities related to management and leadership.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Defining the basic concepts related to management, manager and leadership.
2   Defining the basic functions of management.
3   Interpreting the conditions occuring in the factories in terms of management functions
4   Using management and leadership skills for the solution of management and leadership problems
5   Defining and explaining leadership approaches and types.
6   Establishing the relationship between leadership approaches and management style
